12 pm: Gates open.
5pm-7pm: Registration open for Saturdays Homebrew Competiton
6pm – 10pm: The
Friday night NEHJ Oktoberfest Brewers Dinner is a chance for
brewers, friends and families to get together and enjoy some great
beer, great times, great music and great food. It will be held Friday
evening from 6pm to 10pm and feature dinner (6-8 ), live music from and
plenty of free beer generously donated by New England breweries.
Entertainment will carry us into the evening.
7 pm – 8:30: Kids Movie in the kids tent: Labyrinth
11 pm: Gates Close/ Quiet Hours Begin
Midnight: Fires out per campground rules
Saturday, September 10th
8 am: Gates open.
9 am – 12 noon: Registration
of homebrew entries for the competition. Register your homebrewed beer,
wine, cider, mead or specialty brew. We need all entries submitted by
12 noon sharp to start the judging. Also, those wishing to be a judge
sign up now. Anyone over 21 may sign up. Have ID’s ready please. Our
fine volunteer stewards will show you how to judge if you are new to
12 Noon: Homebrewing competition
starts. Listen for your name over the PA system to report to the
judging tent. These several categories will take all afternoon.
Noon – 4pm: Kids tent open, stop by for some fun activities including a bounce house, games and more!
Noon – 6 pm: Events
throughout the day: Visit homebrew clubs and vendors from all over New
England and maybe sample a homebrew or two, kids games, live music all
day, keg toss, kids root beer competition, grain sack race, belching
contest whatever else we can come up with!
6:30 pm: (thereabouts) Final votes are tallied for the winners of the homebrewing competition. Medals to be awarded at this time.
7:30 pm: Kids Movie in the kids tent
8-10:00pm: Live music on the Main Stage
10:20 -11:50: Late night movie: Cannonball Run playing on the Main Stage
11 pm: Quiet Hours Begin
Midnight: Fires out per campground rules.

beverages sometimes have a kick you’re not used to….please don’t drink
and drive, we want you back next time. Please be a responsible
participant for your neighbors with excess noise, etc. Anyone not
acting in a responsible manner will be escorted to the gate and asked
to leave with no refund.
Keep your door prize tickets handy, they are good for prizes throughout the day.
Food will be available Friday night all day Saturday and Sunday breakfast.
